Last week we sent out a communication to Season Card holders promoting a new facility whereby they can book their Season Card seats online for cup matches.

Those that received the email sent by the Football Club have taken advantage of the system and avoided the queues to secure their seat for the FA Cup third round match at home to Dagenham.

An email containing your account number, booking reservation code and a link to the members' homepage was sent out.

However, out of the near 5,000 Season Card holders we have, the ticket office only holds email addresses for around a third of those.

If you didn't receive the email, and are a Season Card holder, make sure that you can take advantage of this service in future by dropping the Ticket Office an email with your up-to-date contact details.

Simply email tickets@southend-united.co.uk with your name, postal address, telephone number, date of birth and email address - along with the location of your seat at Roots Hall.
