Southend United's Community and Educational Trust will be running a series of coaching courses in conjunction with the Essex FA to help budding Steve Tilson's get on the coaching ladder.

The Trust has a new programme for 2008 designed to help improve the level of coaching at all levels.

Included in the programme are sessions designed to assist in organising small sided games, promote relationships with players, coaches, parents and officials and adapting activities for a variety of age groups.

On offer are a wide range of coaching courses to suit all needs and budgets ranging from FA Level 1 certificates to Emergency First Aid and Child Protection.
